Overcome Anxiety
I developed anxiety health and resources as a means of education and support for those suffering from anxiety related disorders and depression. I too have suffered from anxiety health issues, depression and agoraphobia for a major part of my life. I know how scary it can be and how overwhelming it feels to live in fear of having another anxiety or panic attack.
The first step at overcoming anxiety and getting your health under control is to get educated about the symptoms of anxiety, the cause, and understanding available treatments. We don’t have to go on living in fear or being depressed, there is hope and support available.

At a glance, I have outlined below some available treatments for anxiety health issues. However, these are just a few and there is much more information available in the blog section.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Highly recommended, though very expensive and not always practical
- Medication (again, not always practical, expensive, and possible side effect-However, there are natural non-narcotic, non-habit forming natural medications such as Seredyn)
- Self-Help Programs- There are many self-help programs available that can help you to overcome anxiety, if you click on the self-help tab you will see a list of a few. I personally used and Highly Recommend The Linden Method
